James E. Fielding, 71, entered into rest on Thursday, August 15, 2013 in Muskogee, OK. He was born December 12, 1941 in Dumas, TX. He was a retired painter, a member of Northside United Pentecostal Church, an Army Veteran and the widower of the late Jearrell Fielding. He is survived by 1 daughter Jannette Downing of Indiana, 1 son Jimmy Fielding of Kentucky, 3 step daughters Terri Gibson of Hopkinsville, KY. and Patricia Treadwell of Ola, AR. and Debra Schultz of Van Buren, AR., 4 step sons Clay Fivecoat of Berea, KY., Greg Fivecoat of Land O’Lakes, FL., Danny Gipson of Arkansas and David Gipson of Grady, AR., 3 brothers Phillip Fielding of The Colony, TX. , Ben Bailey of Van Buren, AR. and Steve Bailey of Van Buren, AR., 2 sisters Annette Bell of Watauga, TX. and Lela Nickell of Van Buren, AR., several grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 12:00 noon on Monday, August 19, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. with interment at The U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR. full military honors. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR.
