He was preceded in death by his father John Rafferty Jr. He is survived by his wife Zabrina, two daughters Brianna Rafferty of the home and Madison Bassett of Muldrow, OK., one son Benjamin Rafferty of the home, mother and step-father Mary and Terence Schroeder of Altoona, PA., one brother Brandon Comstock of New Orleans, grandmother Maude Yeatts Altoona, PA. Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at The Pavilion at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, OK. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Pallbearers will be Brandon Comstock, Shawn Giles, Shawn Giles Jr., Joey Giles, Terence Schroeder and Tyler Walters.
